Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all services and products offered by To Be Human.
By purchasing any services, programmes, events, or digital products, you agree to the following terms.
1. Coaching Services
Coaching sessions and coaching packages are considered professional services and time is reserved specifically for each client.
Payment
All coaching services must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds
Payments for coaching services are generally non-refundable.
In exceptional circumstances, the Coach may, at her sole discretion, offer:
• Rescheduling of sessions
• Transfer of remaining sessions to a later date
Unused sessions within a package may expire if not used within the agreed coaching period.
2. Coaching Session Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session:
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice must be provided.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.
If the Coach needs to reschedule a session, reasonable notice will be provided and an alternative time offered.
3. Workshops, Seminars, and Events
Participant Cancellations
If you cancel your attendance:
• More than 7 days before the event – a partial refund or credit may be offered
• Less than 7 days before the event – refunds may not be available
Alternatively, participants may transfer their registration to a future event where applicable.
4. Online Programmes and Challenges
Due to the nature of online programmes and the immediate access provided to course materials:
• Purchases of online programmes are non-refundable
However, if you experience technical issues accessing the programme, support will be provided.
5. Digital Products
Digital products may include:
• Workbooks
• Journals
• Courses
• Downloadable resources
• Audio or video materials
Because these products are delivered digitally and cannot be returned, all digital product purchases are non-refundable.
If you experience difficulty accessing your purchase, please contact support.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
The Coach reserves the right to review refund requests in exceptional situations, such as:
• Serious illness
• Family emergencies
• Programme cancellation by the organiser
Any decisions regarding refunds will be made at the sole discretion of To Be Human.
